The staff were unwilling to work with us when we wanted to upgrade our room once we arrived even though there were rooms available.

We were very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. When we checked in we tried to upgrade our room to a nonsmoking room and the hotel staff would not work with us in the slightest. We were willing to pay for the upgrade and were informed that even though there were rooms available, they could not change our reservations in any capacity. The Hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the Hotel was very modern and clean. The breakfast was fabulous, the employee's were great.

It was a very positive experience. The staff was welcoming, the Hotel was modern, comfortable, clean, and we got a good price on it. The breakfast was delicious, and big.

Wish they had a fitness center.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

My overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and there was a good variety for the continental breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. A great deluxe continental breakfast and the breakfast staff was very helpful.

The front desk staff was not very nice and not very helpful. The hot tub was so hot that no one could get in it. Several complaints were made.
